David Corben won the Devil's Punchbowl on Sunday for the sixth time in the last nine years.
Completing his fourth successive victory in Hindhead's Men's Open, Corben shot a fantastic second round 64 to compliment his first round 72 to win by one shot from Tom Spreadborough of Farnham and Hindhead, who shot a 71 followed by a 66.
Scott Pluthero (St George's Hill) had shot a 68 in the morning to lead by one from Callum Mackay (West Hill) at the halfway point.
David Corben's second round 64 consisted of only 30 shots, including four birdies and an eagle, over the front nine. Tom Spreadborough's second round 66 was faultless with two birdies in each nine.
