Belinda Pope has won the SLCGA Inter-Club Gold Medal, defeating Cathy Dawson from West Byfleet at Hankley Common last Saturday. Belinda managed to get a good lead in the front 9, and despite Cathy fighting back in the second half Belinda eventually won on the 15th green, 4 and 3.

Belinda had previously fought through five rounds against Farnham, Fulwell, Chipstead, Worplesdon and Cuddington to reach the final.
