Our aim is to present an acclaimed heathland course with the finest greens in a friendly and welcoming Members’ Club.
Founded in 1904 by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and a small group of golfing enthusiasts, Hindhead Golf Club is set in one of the most glorious natural settings and ranks amongst the best of Britain’s heathland courses.
The 18-hole layout measures 6,390 yards, with a par of 70 and, situated close to the A3 and just an hour's drive from London, this wonderfully conditioned and presented course is a must for every golfer.

The "Voice of Golf", Peter Alliss and our Club Captain, Mark Riley will co-host a Charity Golf Day on Thursday 14th September.

The recent annual Captains Drive-In at Hindhead Golf Club, saw the official hand over to a new team of captains for 2017. It also saw the end of a year of fund raising with more than £30,000 donated to local charities.

This years Captains' drive in was attended by 124 players who avoided the heavy rain forecasted and was won with a score of 99 points!

Top100golfcourses.co.uk has updated its ranking of British golf courses and this has resulted in a move into the UKs Top 100 for Hindhead.
